My name is Chris Werner and I'm a Media Relations Associate for the Iowa Cubs. I've previously worked for the Arkansas State Golf Association as a USGA Boatwright Marketing and Communications Intern. I graduated from the University of Iowa in the spring of 2023 with bachelor's degrees in Journalism and Mass Communication as well as Sports Studies. I also minored in Sport and Recreation Management. While in college, I worked at The Daily Iowan in a variety of leadership roles.
